Buckland Paper Mill, Dover is a new development of over 400 new homes, including the conversion of the current Grade II listed mill building.

New community facilities are also planned, including a doctor’s surgery, play area, care home, along with shops, café and restaurant, all in an attractive riverside setting.

Phase 2 Development Proposals

Gillcrest Homes are developing proposals for Phase 2 of the Buckland Mill development with a further 62 new build homes, ranging from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom family homes.
