Origin Transport Consultants were commissioned by Intro Developments Ltd to provide  transport advice for a planning application for 350 residential units on brownfield land at  Dallas Road,  Bedfordshire.

 

The work included layout advice, a Transport Assessment, a Travel Plan and a Parking Management Strategy. 

​

Specific issues for consideration were parking provision and car parking layout as well as good pedestrian and cycle access to the site which is located near the centre of Bedford. 

​

The Parking Management Strategy provided more detailed information on the allocation and management of the parking spaces as well as enforcement of parking spaces and roads within the site.
