Project

 

​Providence Land Ltd commissioned us to prepare a Transport Assessment in support of two planning applications for up to 130 residential units on Land North of Cuxham Road, Watlington in Oxfordshire.

 

These two developments would deliver the southern section of the western Relief Road around Watlington.

​

Origin was instrumental in the design of this section of the Relief Road and worked closely with Oxfordshire County Council to agree design and phasing of the Relief Road.
